Course Curriculum

William Tingle

William Tingle is a Coach, Speaker, and Author, who, in 1999 ordered a Carleton Sheets Nothing Down course off of a
late night TV infomercial. Exactly one year later, he left his job for good and started investing in real estate full time.

Since then, William has bought hundreds of houses all across the US, most of them Subject To. He has trained and coached
thousands of students all across the country to become financially successful real estate investors.
